The fully-automatic cleaning equipment utilizes deionized water to perform spraying and cleaning procedures. This ensures the glass surface has no impurity.
More strict cleaning process is performed before we apply a coating system. We use 16MΩ deionized water to complete the spraying and cleaning procedures. This ensures the uncoated glass is kept in an absolutely clean and non-electrostatic environment.
The professionally cleaned glass is sent into our Class 100 clean room and awaits coating.
The fully-automatic vacuum sputtering coating line sourced from Germany is incredibly precise. This numerically-controlled production line controls the coating thickness as well as electronic and optical properties precisely.
Immediately following coating of the glass, we provide a complete visual inspection.
Demonstrated here is the STN glass polishing workshop. It incorporates 30 sets of automatic STN glass polishing equipment. These machines accomplish the polishing of glass with a thickness range from 0.2mm to 4.0mm.
We use shrink wrap to ensure our package is firm and moisture-proof.

Two cutting and edging lines have been imported from Japan, and they are used for the primary cutting and edging of glass materials used in the production of all of our products. The allowable thickness of the glass ranges from 0.2mm to 4.0mm.

Following the cutting process, the glass is hand separated by our highly skilled workers.
Glass Sheet Inserting
The automatic inserting machine inserts and delivers glass sheets for grinding edges and removing any sharp points. Each sheet is carefully placed in a uniform arrangement to avoiding a potential collision.
Fully-Automatic Double-Sided Edge Grinding Machine
The fully-automatic, double-sided edge grinding machine handles glass with a minimum thickness of up to 0.33mm. The precision is ±0.02mm.
Fully-Automatic Rotating Device
Glass on the belt is rotated in 90-degree increments for grinding all four sides.
After grinding, finished glasses are sent to the cleaning machine to remove glass chips.

The fully-automatic cleaning equipment utilizes deionized water to perform spraying and cleaning procedures. This process ensures the glass surface is free of impurities.
The glass is sprayed with deionized water to for outstanding cleaning effect.
Cleaning Before Coating
Following the initial cleaning process, a more intense cleaning is performed before coating. We use 16MΩ deionized water to spray and clean the glass from any and all impurities. This guarantees uncoated glass is completely clean and free from static build up.

The thoroughly cleaned glass is sent into our Class 100 clean room and awaits coating.
Clean glass is clipped and hung for coating.

This coating line is utilized for ITO glass production. This numerically-controlled production line regulates the coating thickness as well as electronic and optical properties with excellent precision.
Digital Data Collection and Monitoring
Manufacturing data is automatically collected and recorded to maintain high security in every production step.
Immediately following the coating of the glass, our inspectors conduct a complete visual inspection under a bright spotlight, this technique allows them to see any disqualifying imperfections in the glass products. We take quality control very seriously, and our inspector's job is to guarantee clients only receive the highest quality products, free from defect.
STN Glass Polishing Workshop
In the STN glass polishing workshop, there are 30 sets of automatic STN glass polishing equipment. These machines accomplish the polishing of glass with a thickness range from 0.2mm to 4.0mm.

The waviness of glass is in strict compliance with STN requirements.
Water and vapor are applied to remove the polishing solution.
Finally, Workers Remove the Polishing Solution Left on the Glass Surface.
Each of the glass products is carefully packaged by our well-trained workers.
A Filler Strip or Paper is Placed Between Two Glass Sheets to Ensure the Glass Pieces will not Scratch Each Other.
We use shrink wrap to ensure our package is secure and moisture-proof.
We use multi-layer wooden cases for the final packaging step. Paperboards and foam are used inside for minimizing vibration. A moisture-proof bag is also used to maintain a dry transport environment. We take great care to ensure you receive your products in perfect working order.
The Finished Products are Packaged Well in the Wood Case and Will be Sealed.
