Raw Material Cutting
Our glass bending line produces magnifying glasses and rear-view mirrors in various sizes and curvatures. The size varies from 1.1mm to 1.8mm. Monthly production capacity is over 20,000 square meters. The fully automatic cutting machine will cut raw materials exactly to clients required measurements.
Hot Bending
Once the glass has been cleaned, we utilize a fully-automatic bending furnace to heat and bend the glass safely. Temperature can be controlled within ±1 degrees Celsius during the entire process.
Vacuum Coating
The fully-automatic evaporation coating process guarantees high levels of surface reflectivity and outstanding consistency.
Each Mirror Must be Carefully Examined to Screen Out Defective Products.
